We have several financing options available and are with you during the process from start to finish. We carry Hamilton, Winston, Clayton Addison, Scotbilt, Champion and TRU.

We have four different brands of storage buildings that we carry. Thrifty, Solid Structure, CMB, and Premier. Solid Structure and Premier can be custom designed to your liking. All of our buildings are rent to own (RTO) with minimal down payments. No credit check and everyone is approved. All buildings also include free delivery and setup.

We have teamed up with a contractor and offer free standing, pre-fab porches. Currently, we offer 8x12 and 10x16. They vary from spindles, hog wire and regular post. These can be added to any building or mobile home, but you are responsible for hiring a contractor for installation.

Relocating and need a building moved? We can help you with that! $350 within the city limits and $450 within 50 mile radius. Please note that certain buildings cannot be moved with our equipment. Please call to verify.

There are quite a few options now for mobile home financing. We use 21st financing, Cascade and Local Lender. 21st requires a 650 credit score for the 5% down payment. They will finance other scores, but they require a 25% down payment.
We can assist in the finding of land if local but typically it is better to use a real estate agent as they have more insight on properties.
Putting your land in with your financing allows us to put your septic work, grading, electrical, underpinning, and water into your loan. If the financing is home only, it will include underpinning and grading only.
