What all is included in the mobile home purchase?

Your mobile home purchase will come with the HVAC system, delivery & setup.

How long does the loan process take?

Home only takes about a month.

Land & Home takes about 2 months.

Can I customize my home?

We have design boards that you can choose the color scheme you want along with upgrades. Typically, you cannot change the layout of the home unless it is specified.

Do you handle septic and power? What else has to be done?

In Alabama, we have a team of contractors that generally cover all of your needs. In addition, these expenses can usually be added into your loan. From your septic tank to block skirting, we have a group of great independent contractors to help!

In Georgia it is a little different. They require different permits and some additional setup. While we can help you find contractors, we suggest you hire your own contractors for any additional work needed. We still assist you the entire way and guide you with the whole process.

How long does it take for my building to be delivered after purchase?

Thrifty and solid structure buildings are typically delivered within 2-3 days.

Premier buildings are delivered by Premier and they typically take 2 weeks.

Can you change the colors of your storage buildings?

You can pick any color for an additional $100 on the solid structure buildings . You can add/takeaway windows, doors etc.

Premier buildings you can customize to your liking for no additional cost. Premier also offers many additional upgrades for you to choose from.

Thrifty buildings are standard color but you can add or takeaway windows.

Do you level the buildings when purchased?

Yes! Your ground needs to be pretty level but we use blocks to get the building as level as possible. Setup and Delivery is included in your purchase price.

Do you move used mobile Homes?

We do not moved used mobile homes but if you call the office, we can give you the name and number of someone who does.
